Many of them were amazed at the functionality and the tonal quality of this Roll-Up Piano. One of the customers was skeptical at first, but when she got this, she was impressed that it actually worked. She liked how it was lightweight and easy to bring around in a tote bag. She shared how she brought it around in order to play on lunch breaks or when she needed to hear a chord. She also felt that she got great value for her money, and intended to buy another one of these soon. Another buyer got this for her 8-year-old son, who really liked it. The mom felt that it was a little difficult to use, though, as it required a very flat surface for it to work properly. She commended the head phone feature, though, as it allowed her son to practice without being heard. She rated it 4.0-stars as a toy, but for keeping her from buying a real piano, she rated it 7.0 stars.

One of those who weren’t too happy with it complained about having eight of the keys not making a sound. Another had one key that would not work, but it happened to be a very commonly-used major key, and her granddaughter was reportedly greatly disappointed at the defect. Another buyer reported that the folding of the piano during packaging had left a permanent lump in the fold, which resulted in the piano not being able to lay totally flat; this reportedly caused a wrong sound on some of the keys.

Based on these comments, we would highly recommend this music gadget as a toy or as a complement for musician’s traveling needs, but perhaps not as a substitute for a real piano for serious music aficionados. For the price, it might be worth trying out, as the customers who were happy with it had not had any issues with it after all. As long as you do not receive a product with defective keys, you will most surely enjoy many hours of playing on this electric piano!
