Many of them enjoyed its performing just as advertised, and one user even shared how his bank still worked perfectly even after having been in use for two years. It was reportedly a fun gift item, because the receiver and other audiences would have a blast watching the magic hand take the money. One user who was happy with it mentioned that it would only accept quarters, though. It was also considered “great fun with a surprise element,” which reportedly made people laugh. Another reviewer shared how he had this unit 45 years ago, which had already broken since then; he apparently searched around if it was still being produced, and he was tremendously happy to know he could still buy it, which he did, and he found it to work exactly like the old unit he had.

It was also reportedly difficult to get the money out.
