Customers claimed that this tablet was awesome, a super tool for artists and anyone with the passion for drawing. Many of them felt that it worked better than described and was a great asset for drawing. It is also reportedly easy to install and came with a wide range of pressure sensitivity.

For some users, installing the battery in the pen proved to be a bit of an issue. Apparently, the users had to peel back the rubber grip carefully before they could slide the top of the pen off to install the battery. They gave warnings for future buyers to be careful not to bend the battery contacts, as it tended to bend and may possibly snap off if the user was not careful. Other minor issues would be in the plastic sheets. One reviewer felt that it was extremely difficult to lift the edge up. Since the edges were a tight fit, the user had to bend the edge up to be able to put the plastic sheet under it. But, overall, they still gave the tablet 5 stars for usability and 4 stars for hardware use.
