This ergonomic mouse helped many reviewers eliminate some of their wrist pain because of its design. The elimination of pain was what was mostly commented on. Some reviewers have commented on how natural it felt on their hand and saw results of their wrist pain dissolving since it was mostly their arm doing the work of moving the cursor around instead of their wrist. At the same time, this was also commended because of the base which allowed consumers to rest their hand and arm thus eliminating the possibility of making your arm too tired with the use of it. A reviewer was also happy since it helped relieve pain in the index finger as well since this design allows the thumb to make the right and left clicks.

Although the design helped many eliminate wrist problems, there were some reviews that pointed out some negative aspects of the design. Since the use of the arm was the major difference in using this mouse, many users were not able to be pin-point accurate when drawing or making some precise moves. Thus, there was a reviewer who said that she had to adjust her mouse several times just to get the cursor where she wanted it to be. Another drawback that one reviewer commented on was that it was limited in terms of movement such as making it difficult to scroll down faster since you need to physically scroll down with your arm.
