They loved how it worked like a charm in keeping track of the accurate time based on the atomic clock signal; also, the automatic setting was highly appreciated because the wet environment of a bathroom did not always provide for a good place to tinker with buttons. The display including day of the week was also appreciated. The clock was reportedly built very well, and its claims of being waterproof were proven correct. Customers also found the suction cup working very well, with its still sticking to the same place even after 2 months. The clock has apparently helped many users get through their morning routine much faster, as they were always sure they were looking at the accurate time. It was also reportedly very easy to set up and change the batteries.

The major complaint brought up by some customer was about the suction cup not holding well, with one user having his clock fall off after about ten minutes of being attached to the wall.
